What is involved in a Chemical Health Assessment?

Before entering any Meridian Behavioral Health program or any licensed program in the state of MN you will need to complete a Chemical Health Assessment to determine which level of care will be best suited to your individual situation. You will work with one of our Licensed Alcohol and Drugs Counselors (LADC) to go over items such as:

Substance Use History
Family History
Individual Treatment Goals
Supportive Sober Environment
