Chemical Health Technician

Chemical Health Technicians assist both individuals and staff in facilitating the recovery process. To help the individuals have a positive and successful recovery by making sure the individual understands his/her responsibilities in the program and giving guidance when needed. Candidates must have a current drivers license in good standing. Experience in the chemical health field is a plus.

Requirements: Candidates will have a high school education and a valid driver’s license in good standings. Experience in the chemical dependency field is preferred.

Case Manager

Alliance Clinic  provides narcotic replacement therapy services using methadone maintenance as a medication in conjunction with behavioral health treatment services for opiate addiction. Hours are 5:30 am to 2:00 pm and a Saturday morning clinic rotation.

Candidates must have a current MN LADC license and two years experience in a counseling setting.

LADC

This position provides chemical health education and therapeutic interventions to assist individual’s recovery relating to chemical health.

Candidates must have a current MN LADC license and two years experience in a counseling setting.

Non-LADC Qualifications: 
Bachelors’ degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or Registered Nurse with 120 hours of Chemical Dependency training in core functions, plus 440 hours of supervised experience as a chemical dependency counselor which meets the Rule 31 requirements.

Mental Health Provider

We are currently searching for full-time Mental Health Provider to work in our residential programs in the Twin Cities Metro area. Meridian offers chemical dependency treatment for men and women and provides individual care and treatment that is tailored to the unique needs and abilities of the client.

Responsibilities: This position provides chemical health education and therapeutic interventions to assist individual’s recovery relating to chemical health.

Successful candidates will have: Dual licensure as a MN LADC, LPCC, LMFT and or LP plus two years experience in chemical dependency treatment.

Trained Medication Aide/Chemical Health Technician II

Trained Medication Aides work as Chemical Health Technicians who assist both individuals and staff in facilitating the recovery process. To help the individuals have a positive and successful recovery by making sure the individual understands his/her responsibilities in the program and giving guidance when needed. Candidates must have a current drivers license in good standing. In addition, a TMA will distribute medication under the direct supervision of licensed nursing staff.  Certification to pass medications or ability to re-certify is required.
