Chemical Health Technician

Chemical Health Technicians assist both individuals and staff in facilitating the recovery process. To help the individuals have a positive and successful recovery by making sure the individual understands his/her responsibilities in the program and giving guidance when needed. Candidates must have a current drivers license in good standing. Experience in the chemical health field is a plus.

Tapestry Facility, our women’s residential program located in W St. Paul is looking for full-time Chemical Health Technicians. Hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm, 3:00pm to 11:30pm and 11:00pm to 7:30am.

Twin Town Treatment Center, our men’s residential program located on University Ave in St Paul is currently seeking full-time Chemical Health Technicians to assist our clients with daily activities. Hours are 3:00pm to 11:30pm.

Lake Shore, our men’s residential program located on located in Mahtomedi near White Bear Lake is currently seeking multiple full-time Chemical Health Technicians to assist our clients with daily activities. Hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm, 3:00pm – 11:30 and a split shift opening of 7:00am – 3:30pm/11:00pm – 7:30am

 

Requirements: Candidates will have a high school education and a valid driver’s license in good standings. Experience in the chemical dependancy field is preferred

 

Counselor Supervisor/MHP

This position will over see all licensed LADC professionals within the residential or outpatient program.
This position will also provide chemical health education and therapeutic interventions to assist the individual’s recovery relating to chemical health.

Cedar Ridge our men’s residential treatment facility in Stillwater is currently seeking a dual licensed Counselor Supervisor/MHP for a full time position.  Typical hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday.

 

LADC

This position provides chemical health education and therapeutic interventions to assist individual’s recovery relating to chemical health.

Avalon – Midway our outpatient facility located on University Ave. in Saint Paul is currently looking for a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Typical hours are 10:00am – 6:30pm Monday – Friday.

Avalon - Stillwater our outpatient facility located in Stillwater is currently looking for a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Typical hours are 10:00am – 6:30pm Monday – Friday.

Douglas Place our men, woman and young adult residential facility located in East Grand Forks, MN is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Typical hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday.  Experience with Native American population strongly encouraged to apply!

Meadow Creek our women’s residential facility located in Pine City is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  Typical hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday.

Tapestry our women’s residential facility located in St. Paul is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a ADC Trainee.  Typical hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday.

Case Manager

Alliance Clinic – we are currently seeking a Case Manager (LADC) to work in our Alliance Clinic. Alliance Clinic is an opiate treatment program and outpatient clinic serving the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, and beyond. Alliance Clinic provides narcotic replacement therapy services using methadone maintenance as a medication in conjunction with behavioral health treatment services for opiate addiction. Hours are 5:30 am to 2:00 pm and a Saturday morning clinic rotation.

 

Candidates must have a current MN LADC license and two years experience in a counseling setting.

 

 LPN

LPNs monitor the medical and behavioral performance of individuals on a daily basis to ensure an encouraging and successful program. Join our medical team!

Latitudes our LGBT residential program located in St. Paul is currently looking to fill multiple part-time LPN positions and one full-time. Hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm, 3:00pm to 11:30pm and 11:00pm – 7:30am.  Full Time hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm.

Lake Shore our men’s residential program located in Mahtomedi is currently looking to fill multiple part-time LPN positions. Hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm, 3:00pm to 11:30pm and 11:00pm – 7:30am.

Meadow Creek our women’s residential program located in Pine City is looking for full-time LPNs to fill two positions. Hours are 3:00pm – 11:30pm and a split shift 12:00pm – 8:30pm with one 3:00pm – 11:30pm shift per week.

Mental Health Provider

We are currently searching for full-time Mental Health Provider to work in our residential programs in the Twin Cities Metro area. Meridian offers chemical dependency treatment for men and women and provides individual care and treatment that is tailored to the unique needs and abilities of the client.

Responsibilities: This position provides chemical health education and therapeutic interventions to assist individual’s recovery relating to chemical health.

Successful candidates will have: Dual licensure as a MN LADC, LPCC, LMFT and or LP plus two years experience in chemical dependency treatment.

Trained Medication Aide/Chemical Health Technician II

Trained Medication Aides work as Chemical Health Technicians who assist both individuals and staff in facilitating the recovery process. To help the individuals have a positive and successful recovery by making sure the individual understands his/her responsibilities in the program and giving guidance when needed. Candidates must have a current drivers license in good standing. In addition, a TMA will distribute medication under the direct supervision of licensed nursing staff.  Certification to pass medications or ability to re-certify is required.

Lake Shore, our men’s residential program located on located in Mahtomedi near White Bear Lake is currently seeking a full-time Chemical Health Technician II to assist our clients with daily activities and help with medication distribution.

Latitudes our LGBT residential program located in St. Paul is looking for a full time and part time Chemical Health Technician II to assist our clients with daily activities and help with medication distribution.  Full Time shift hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm and Part Time shift hours are 11:00pm – 7:30am.

Meadow Creek our women’s residential program located in Pine City is looking for multiple full time Chemical Health Technician II to assist our clients with daily activities and help with medication distribution.  Hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm and 3:00pm – 11:30pm.
