Unique Care

Both residential and outpatient care are tailored to each patient’s specific needs. With specialized services, dual diagnosis care, and a trauma-informed focus, we’ll make sure you’re getting the treatment that best serves your recovery.

Statewide Programs

We have residential programs throughout Minnesota, including programing specifically designed for Men, Women and the LGBTQ community.

As the first choice of referents and behavioral health professionals, we are devoted to raising the standard for patient-centered care, and we believe that recovery is within reach. It is our goal at Meridian to remove financial barriers that may deter you from getting the care you need. That’s why our residential and outpatient programs are supported by all public, Medicaid, and commercial funding plans. These programs foster a calm, supportive environment where patients can begin their individual journeys toward recovery from substance use disorder.

“I wanted to thank you for helping me rediscover myself. I was able to secure a job yesterday. It is five days a week and my first in over three years. I’m still sober.”

How It Works

Give our Access Team a call at 855-771-1659 or send us a message to schedule a Chemical Health Assessment with one of our Licensed Specialists. This is also when we’ll check with your insurance provider to see what your plan will cover.

We’ll help you decide what level of treatment is right for you. Meridian provides a range of programs, both residential and outpatient, to support all types of individuals. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to care. All of our treatments are individual and focused on integrating mind, body and spirit into recovery.

We believe that the process of recovery from addiction is a lifetime commitment— not only for patients but for the treatment center. That’s why we work hard to tailor long-term coping strategies that address the individual needs of patients, families, employers and communities. We also provide Alumni programs that nurture community, fellowship, friendship and support with peer-to-peer contact.
